Returns & Shipping

 Please note: shipping and return policies are subject to change once our store grows. Thank you for your patience and supporting a small business!

Shipping:

• We currently ship to USA residents only. 

• Shipping costs depend on total weight of package and range from $4.99 - $19.90. We do not offer expedited shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Products are transported from different warehouse locations, with estimated ship times of 3-10 business days. It will be noted in specific product descriptions if item has a longer transit time. 

• You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item(s) have shipped. It may take up to 5 days to receive a tracking number email - but please be ensured your item is on it's way! We appreciate your patience!

• Some products are stored at different warehouse locations, so you may receive separate packages and tracking numbers.

• We are not responsible or lost or stolen packages.

Returns:

Micala Style will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations after an order is placed. 

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

All returns require a Return Authorization number. Request returns here by creating or logging into your account using the email used for purchase. After initiating return request, you will receive an email of the next steps to ship items back if accepted. You can also email micala@micalastyle.com with your order number to initiate a return. Please do not ship back any items until you receive return authorization number.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

• Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
• Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
• You will receive an email after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
